A Christmas Eve Eve Miracle

Fans and friends packed the HopMonk session room beyond capacity (good thing the fire marshal wasn't there!)  The Mules put on a great show along with some help from friends and family members:  The Kickin' Country Girls gave a free line dance lesson and then led the dancing in the Mules' 2nd set.  Geoff's nephew Connor Mack sat in on guitar; Sandy & Charlie's daughter Julia sang "Landslide;" Dick's long-time musical partner Steve Shoen joined on fiddle; and Amanda Albini nudged Jimbo aside for one song to sit in on drums.  And while it almost certainly qualified as the Mules' best and most fun show of 2017, the real story is that the evening raised $1500 for the North Bay Fire Relief Fund!  So a big thank you, Merry Christmas & Happy New Year to everyone who helped make this a very special night.
