New York Times Finally Catches Up with Mules' Pro-Swamp Stance
The New York Times has finally caught up with the Mules. The Times' May 5 headline declared "Calling Washington a Swamp is Offensive to Swamps." The editorial, by Martha Serpas, went on to say "the use of 'swamp' as a pejorative [reflects] an ecological ignorance and a general disparagement of the swampier regions of the country." Hey, that's just what we've been saying for over a year now! Well, perhaps not quite that eloquently.
